The above-named Photographer (hereinafter “Photographer”) hereby warrants being the legal copyright owner in the Work purchased herein. Photographer hereby grants permission to the Purchaser and his/her/their/its (hereinafter “Grantee”) Photo Laboratory of choice to make reproductions of the Work in any size or quantity for personal use only.

Personal use means non-commercial use of the Work for display on personal websites and computers or making prints or copies for personal use.

Personal use does not include use that results in financial gain. The Work may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration.

The Work may not be used in advertising. The Work may not be digitally altered, resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed. The Work may not be entered into contests, including calendars, photography contests, etc. Photographer retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof.

Purchaser and Grantee understand and acknowledge that Photographer is the copyright owner and that any unauthorized use and/or sale of the Work causes damage to Photographer and that Purchaser and/or Grantee may be held liable for such damages.

The purchase of the digital files releases the photographer from any liability due to loss of or damage to the images and releases the Photographer from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital files.

If you are posting any of the digital files to social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram etc.) you may not alter the image in any way such as adding filters, re-editing the photos, etc. You must also give credit to Photographer.

By purchasing these images you are agreeing to the above terms.
